Plan Design and Implementation:

We assist employers in designing and implementing the Plan (e.g, 401(k) plans, Profit Sharing, Cash balance plans, etc) that align with the company’s goals and comply with legal requirements.  We help choose investment options, contribution limits, vesting schedules and many other Plan features that meets the goals of the Company and the needs of their Employees.

Employee Education:

We educate employees about the Plans, investment choices, and the importance of saving for retirement.
We offer in person meetings with employees, online webinars, and one-on-one sessions depending on the needs of the employees.

Investment Selection and Monitoring:

We guide the Employer in selecting appropriate investments for the Plan to ensure the employees are given sufficient options to meet their investment goals. 
We regularly review fund performance and adjust investment options as needed.

Fiduciary Responsibility:

We act as fiduciaries, meaning we must act in the best interest of plan participants.
We monitor plan fees, assist plan sponsor and administrators to ensure compliance, and minimize conflicts of interest.
